At the 2025 District 16 General Meeting it was adopted to include a provision of the By-Laws for rules and specifications that help direct day to day operations of the District.

These are contained in the Addendum Section here. These documents are voted on each year at the General Meeting or at Board meetings as needed. Each year all will be either continued, modified or removed by voting at the General Meeting.
